We ship worldwide to over 150 countries, excluding only certain remote regions and Asia due to complex import regulations. Our most popular destinations include North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.

We offer two shipping methods:
  1. Standard Express Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after processing)
  2. Free Economy Shipping – via EMS (15-25 business days after processing) for orders over $50

How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed in 1-2 business days at our Manchester, NH warehouse. Our team carefully packages each item – from fragile caliper covers to heavy brackets – with protective materials designed specifically for auto parts.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
While we handle all customs documentation, some countries may charge import duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by location. Check your local regulations – automotive parts often have different duty rates than complete vehicles.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. For express shipments, this typically includes detailed DHL/FedEx tracking. Economy shipments via EMS may have more limited tracking updates.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from the date of delivery for most items in original condition. Some restrictions apply:
  • Opened chemicals cannot be returned for safety reasons
  • Custom or special-order items are final sale
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

What if my item arrives damaged?
Despite our protective packaging, if your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of both the damaged item and its packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Can I exchange an item for a different one?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead, you can return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get your replacement parts as quickly as possible.
